Welcome to this stunning Cape Cod on 2400 Page Terrace in Alexandria. The present owners purchased the quant and lovely home in 1997. This left plenty of exterior yards to groom a private living area to enjoy the very large yard, & another wall made w stone columns to blend w the very generous stone added during construction.

The outside living area included more stone hardscaping under a striking portico walkway on the entire back of the home. Separate alfresco dining and seating areas, w fine hardscaping, & a pergola w TV.  In addition, the original side yard now allows them to enjoy another separate yard by the new outdoor living space they always wanted.
