Dr. Bell is an internationally recognized master-level certified business development coach in the real estate industry. Known for his comprehensive and educational approach to business growth and providing outstanding client counseling and service, he educates throughout the rigorous task of buying, selling, leasing, or renting both residential and commercial real estate. Healso has a diverse background in the fields of real estate accounting and third-party property management. 

His attention to detail and the emphasis he places on educating his clients throughout real estate transactions, has earned himhigh accolades from loyal clients and business associates. In 2003, he was awarded the Prince George’s County Rookie Realtor of the Year Award and has continually been recognized as one of the top knowledge Brokers in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. He continues to play a very active role in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Dr. Bell is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) where he previously served as President and Board Chairman of the United Realtists of Prince George’s County and is currently an active member of Washington DC Chapter. He currently holds Brokers Licenses in the District of Columbia and Maryland. As a professional Real Estate Broker, Dr. Bell also holds designations as a REO / Foreclosure Certified Broker, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) as well as an Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP).
